Real Growth is both an industry and a global social movement. Many of you may know it as Self Help, Self Improvement, Personal Growth, Personal Development, New Age and a whole host of different names and labels.
The Real Growth industry is comprised of Thought Leaders, Seminar Companies, Coaches, Internet Sites, Publishers and more who run businesses that are designed to help people enhance their lives in 3 main areas: Personal Growth, Business Growth and Spiritual Growth.
These individuals and companies offer products and services such as books, audio courses, seminars and the like that provide consumers with awareness, action steps and accountability.
Personal Growth addresses all aspects of a person such as health, relationships, finances and more. Business Growth focuses on all facets of business including marketing, sales, leadership, etc. Spiritual Growth is one’s personal connection to their faiths and beliefs.
Real Growth encompasses all three.
The Real Growth Social Movement is a rapidly growing group of people worldwide who are consciously creating their lives. They are actively taking personal responsibility, getting clear about what they want, discovering alternative perspectives from Thought Leaders and Coaches and taking new actions to live their best life.
A consumer of the industry and/or a participate of the movement may read a book, listen to an audio, attend a seminar, take a yoga class, meditate, journal, hire a coach and much more.
Note from the founder:
Whatever you’ve gone through and whatever you’re experiencing right now, I believe it is all happening for a reason. Today, I know that everything in my life is leading me to my calling and purpose.
The first 25 years of my life were filled with anger and pain. I was obese, clinically depressed, $100,000 in debt, a college dropout, arrested 6 times, failed in 5 romantic relationships, failed in more than 10 businesses and even failed at multiple suicide attempts.
I was convinced that there was no reason to live. Up until that point I had no idea how to be happy, healthy and successful in any area of my life. I was on a mission to find some answers. I sought advice from my parents, medical doctors, psychologists and peers. No one could tell me how to truly deal with my past and how to win at the game of life.
Just as I was ready to give up and commit suicide for the last time, I found what I was looking for. I was introduced to Personal Growth. I attended a 4 day weekend seminar that changed my life forever. During that event, I began to heal my past, discovered how to empower my present and learned powerful tools to create my future.
Through my passion for this new found awareness and knowledge in my life, I aggressively continued my Personal Growth journey. I attended several more events, read any book I could find and listened to many audio programs. My efforts really paid off – in just 11 short months I released 50 lbs, was passionate about my life, became financially stable, created the romantic relationship of my dreams, discovered a vision for my life and so much more.
Just when I thought I had all the answers, my life took another unexpected turn. I hit rock bottom again when the economy suddenly crashed and my business model wasn’t developed enough to handle it. I started to understand that growth was not just limited to my personal life. It included growth in my business and also my spirituality. Once I understood that all three areas needed my attention – Personal, Business and Spiritual Growth, I discovered what I now call…Real Growth.
Today, I’m still an avid student of Real Growth. At any given time I have as many as 5 coaches, am always reading a book, continue to attend seminars and much more. I love the journey of growth and I feel so blessed that I have the knowledge and awareness to consciously create my life.
Even though I’m healthier, happier and financially more successful than I’ve ever been in my entire life – I’m human. I too still struggle with the complexities of dealing with all the demands on me as a husband, father, son, sibling, friend, entrepreneur and contributor while finding joy in the moment.
What I’ve gone through and what I’m currently experiencing fuels the actions I take every day to realize my ultimate vision: to share the Real Growth industry and movement with more than 2 billion people worldwide. I would love to see Real Growth become the largest social movement in the world. It’s a big dream and part of the legacy I want to leave.
I believe the evolution of humanity is directly in proportion to the evolution of the Real Growth industry and movement.
